Congratulations to Rosalyn Liss whose appointment as Chairman of British Emunah was announced at the charity’s AGM on Tuesday 4 July, 2017. Rosalyn has been involved with Emunah’s work for many years and succeeds Hilary Pearlman who has stepped down after three years in office, but who now takes on the role of Honorary Secretary. Rosalyn is looking forward to supporting the Emunah groups around the country as well as working closely with co-vice chairmen Sara Greenfield and Sharon Dewinter as the charity continues its vital role fundraising to support Emunah’s projects in Israel.
Rosalyn is married to Ian and has three sons and many wonderful grandchildren. She became a member of the Miriam Moses Emunah group in Hampstead Garden Suburb when she had a young family and has subsequently been involved at a national level, initially with publicity and publications and then becoming the British Emunah Administrative Chairman and serving as one of British Emunah’s Honorary Officers. She lives in Finchley and is a member of the Finchley United Synagogue.
